With 25 years of experience in the Chicagoland construction industry, the Pan-Oceanic team has the knowledge and experience to deliver a variety of projects on time, within budget, with quality, and a commitment to safety.

In 1999, Gulzar Singh, a Graduate Civil Engineer started a small construction company with his brother, nephew, and two other employees. He started with small site work for children's play lots for Chicago public schools, including the layout, excavation, stone base, grading, asphalt paving, and soft surface installation. Over the years, he extended his scope and services to include large excavation & demolition work, underground sewer work, water main, streetscape, shoreline stabilization, and sewer structure lining work. Today, Pan-Oceanic has grown into one of the largest unionized Certified Minority Enterprises (MBE) firms in the Chicagoland area.
